Julie Eppich

CEO & Co-Founder

Based in Napa Valley, Julie brings a diverse perspective with 30 years of experience in international visual arts and events management.  

​

Julie's primary work experience in the arts began during the 3 years she lived in Singapore.  Julie had the unique experience of marketing, developing and managing a gallery concept ultimately opened in the world-famous Raffles Hotel in Singapore.  She returned to the US to open her own Asian art gallery in the renowned River North Gallery District in Chicago.   Julie spent close to a decade traveling Southeast Asia seeking out and representing overseas artists and supporting their works and cultures in her gallery. 

 

Julie’s experience includes arts sourcing and marketing, private dining, curating culinary events, events marketing and management. Julie currently serves as Chair of the Public Art Steering Committee for the City of Napa, and has initiated and produced multiple city-wide events throughout Downtown Napa, specializing in building unique collaborations between the retail, hotel & art world - giving support and breadth to her community impact overall.

Riccardo Natoli

​Innovative. Dynamic. Tenacious. Riccardo Natoli has made an illustrious career as a Marketing strategist with over 30 years of senior level experience focused in attaining one goal; to understand the entirety of the Marketing paradigm so that he could lead by example and with an understanding of each project's diverse demands.

 

The trajectory that led Riccardo Natoli to his current role as an entrepreneurial owner of multiple Hospitality & Luxury Branded ventures as well as proprietor and CMO to his own Marketing Company – began in New York’s Fashion Industry.

 

Working with global Designer brands, Calvin Klein, Moschino, Ferré, Missoni and Armani he quickly made the transition to Publications and spent the next decade as a senior level Marketing executive at Condé Nast - Vanity Fair Magazine and later at Heart Publications.

 

Riccardo’s experience in senior level roles was underscored with kudos from Advertising Age as well as Forbes ‘Top 100 Executives’ articles which captured the attention of global Advertising giant Ogilvy WPP. He was recruited as a Senior Vice President to Marketing & Promotions whereby his senior role found him directing various departments within the scope of Integrated Brand Marketing, New Business Development and Global Promotions – Events and Sponsorships.

 

His tenure at Ogilvy lasted over a decade at which point with a portfolio of ‘A’ list clients and two other Agency executives Riccardo Natoli launched his own visionary agency, Gun 4 Hire Marketing & Events. The agency began with a prestigious list of clients and built a reputation on innovative campaigns and hands on service which has led to it now celebrating its 12-year anniversary. With clients that have included Entertainment brands, VH-1/MTV Events, Award Shows & Concert Series, SONY Music & Films, Columbia Pictures, Arista/Sony Music CEO Clive Davis; to Spirit & Beverage Brands – Ketel One, Grand Marnier, José Cuervo, Red Bull, Vitamin Water, Perrier Water; and Hospitality properties, Borgata Hotel Casino, MGM Grand, Mohegan Sun, Gansevoort Hotel Group; with Automotive companies as Lexus, Mercedes Benz and Jaguar; including Fashion Designer brands Chanel, Calvin Klein, Missoni, Franco Moschino; YSL, Oakley, Nike, LVMH; and Corporate giants Merrill Lynch Corp., Goldman Sachs, Capitol One; while having produced dozens of Award Shows. Film Premiers and World Tour Concert Series.

Currently Riccardo Natoli divides his time between Brooklyn NY and the Napa Valley where he is owner of multiple Cannabis ventures that include a Provisions Dispensary, a Canna Café and a membership Canna-Cocktail Lounge concept with similar branded projects set to launch in Brooklyn NY, Las Vegas, South Beach Miami and Nashville.

Jason Myers

Jason Myers is an active multidisciplinary international artist with works featured in museums and collections around the world. He has worked in the art industry for over 30 years focusing in curation of exhibitions, sculpture gardens, and international art fairs.

 

Notably, Jason’s ARTBOX gallery in Indianapolis, which featured exhibitions of top international artists, shaped a dynamic shift in the arts in the Midwest. His vision and curatorship were utilized for the Christel House permanent 100-acre sculpture park prior to his 20 years of work in the international art fair industry.

 

Jason is a co-founder and will serve as the Director and executive curator for Art Napa international art fair.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Alex Schultze

Tech & Production

Alex Schultze is an innovative professional specializing in the arts, community development, and growth initiatives and has carved out a unique niche in the contemporary art world.

​

Alex was the Lead Technical Producer at Lumio Studios from 2021 to 2023, where he led A/V technical production for creative projects, ensuring alignment with artistic direction, including lighting, projection mapping, and audio. Alex oversaw and implemented A/V for large-scale installations, including BANKSYLAND (traveling art exhibition across USA & Canada), Van Gogh (immersive art exhibition), Klimt (immersive art exhibition), and Neon Moon (immersive outdoor art experience). His role involved collaborating with team leads, onsite managers, and the CEO to hire and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and on-time delivery.

With a passion for the arts and a commitment to community development, Alex Schultze continues to drive growth initiatives and foster connections, making him an invaluable asset to the contemporary art scene.
